My Experiences So Far

This is the biggest game project I have taken on so far. Being one of the original members I saw this game being redesigned multiple times. After a long talk with our designers, programmers, and artists we decided to remake the game from 2D to 3D. Making it fit more into our intended art direction and balance out the workload for our programmers and artists. Having a big team means it is harder to make everyone's schedule align. In order to keep everyone updated, as the PM of this game I planned meetings to fit everyone's schedule as much as possible and arranged individual meetings for people who missed so everyone was caught up to speed.

Let's Keep In Touch!
