Role Responsibility

  • Coordinated and executed the 2023-24 Qualcomm China Automotive Summit for over 1500 attendees, including over 100 senior executives from Qualcomm and China's leading Automotive and Internet companies

  • Led the VIP section coordination, managed logistics for 10+ high-level executives, including travel, event, and meeting schedules

  • Arranged venue setup, clients’ travel itinerary, and equipment staging of the Qualcomm Concept Car

  • Organized over 20 meetings for senior executives, government officials, and industry influencers
